Channel 4 eats tacos at 7 am…
Somehow, Channel 4 managed to acquire the giant dork that I am. I headed to the restaurant at 5 am and dragged all my goodies to the station for some LIVE TV. It ’s a long way to the restaurant that early in the morning. While I was at Sticky, I made a deal with myself that I would never commit to anything that would get me up and out before one of the local 100 Starbucks opened …so far I have been quite unsuccessful at that. But we do what we have to do … On my way home from the TV Station, I had to stop at Publix for mushrooms or something and I wasn ’t two steps inside the store when a very nice lady yelled across the entire store that she had just seen me on TV. That was pretty cool. I’m famous at Publix! I am always amazed at just how many people mention that they saw me. We certainly got busy on Saturday after the TV show … It seems everyone wanted to give our Lamb Taco a shot …
After the show I whipped out some beef and cheese for some tacos, and a few salsas and fed the crew at the station: This might ensure an invite back??? We ’ll see …
