Catering, server meetings and me in a mask!!
We had our first server meeting! Deb was in charge and it was a pretty serious affair!! Lacie Petry, it was unanimously decided by the powers that be (debbie), was named server of the year–or for at least the last 8 weeks. TacoLu also ventured out into the street this week. We did our first off-site event at the Holiday Inn, which is brand new and about 1 block from our restaurant. We had a blast. Lauren Gabler led the crew of three to set up our table, get the food out, get cleaned up and back to TacoLu. We had a great time, met tons of new people–many of whom we have already had in the restaurant since.
We’re doing several more–the next being the Lemon Bar Luau for B.E.A.M. this weekend.
